Your email address, the product details and keywords you give us, and the leads we find for you. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Emails are delivered via Resend. Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare.
We use your data solely to operate the service: finding and scoring public posts, emailing you digests, and billing. Post content we process comes from publicly available pages, is scored with an AI model, and is shown only to you. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.
We keep your data while your account is active. Email hello@lurkscout.com to delete your account and all associated data — we complete deletion within 30 days.
The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Your dashboard link uses a private token instead of a login cookie. Stripe's checkout uses its own cookies per Stripe's policy.
