LurkScout ("we", "us") provides a software service at lurkscout.com that monitors public online communities (currently Reddit and Hacker News) for posts matching keywords you configure, scores them with AI for relevance, and provides suggested reply drafts. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
We surface links to public posts with AI-generated scores and draft replies. Drafts are suggestions: you review, edit, and post them from your own accounts, and you are responsible for complying with each platform's rules, including disclosure of your affiliation. LurkScout never posts on your behalf.
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe after a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime from the Manage Billing link on your dashboard; cancellation stops future charges and the service remains active until the end of the paid period. If you believe you were charged in error, email hello@lurkscout.com and we'll make it right.
Don't use LurkScout to spam, harass, mislead, or violate any platform's terms. We may suspend accounts used that way, with a refund of any unused period.
The service is provided "as is." AI scores and drafts can be wrong. We don't guarantee lead volume, accuracy, or business results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.
